I have yet to install this item, BUT I strongly suggest you read my review -
First off, my mount came in a ridiculously sized Amazon box. Literally 5 or 6 times the size needed. Also it was filled with a wasteful amount of packing insulation: Very unprofessional. However, this was just a small annoyance...
More importantly, I can tell you right off the bat that this is NOT the same mount as pictured. Personally, I made my decision based on the customer reviews, the price and the picture. I am very upset and disappointed because this is a much cheaper wall mount than the one pictured. I'm sure it will still get the job done because of the strong reviews but I can't believe no one mentioned this. Perhaps they send me the wrong item but I don't believe so.
In addition, the claim of "One-touch tilt allows tilt adjustment of +15°/-5° without the use of tools" is false. I consider `One-touch' to be one hand, making an adjustment to one component. The mount they sent me requires multiple adjustments on both sides of the mount in order to tilt.
To add insult to injury it was missing one of the `required tools' that is supposedly included. It was merely a 4mm hex wrench, which I have, but it still says something about their quality.
Again, I have yet to install and use this mount, and it still may be adequate but pre installation I'm quite disappointed.

This mount is badly desinged. It will not properly pivit. The way this mount is made your TV will point 15 degrees UP!

I haven't installed this as of yet, but the transaction and delivery was perfect. Shipment arrived earlier then posted all instructions and hardware were included correctly and product was in perfect shape. I couldn't be happier, I will be purchasing a 27" LCD mount as well. I let everyone know how they install, which looks quite simple.

The wall mount may be a good product, but what they sell is not what is shown. This can be misleading advertising, and this is making me more cautious of amazon as time goes on.

Cant even give a fair review due to lack of receiving a TV to be able to use the product in the first place. It has been sitting in a corner still in the box, so if you really want a review here it is, "It works GREAT as a door stop".
