My address was a Box number and shipping didn't specify cannot ship to Box numbers. I think this is important because it takes a little work to locate a contact number, After a long period of waiting I receive a credit for 17.00 plus shipping. I call and the person said we don't ship to Box numbers. It took two or three weeks to find this out by credit issue that I wasn't going to receive it. I called the company and explained that UPS leaves a card at the box and I can pick it up at their station. They said you can order it again. I went to place a second order and the price changes to 23.69? So what was the reason not shipping again? Customer service is questionable so I wouldn't recommend this company if you really need something in short order. If you have time to play the waiting game with a 50 50 chance then by all means do so. I did find a the same thing for less at that E auction place under buy it now. But I took a chance since, I wouldn't be hurting if I lost $34.00. I got the tv mount home and put everything together and mounted it on the wall then attached the vertical brackets on the 40" Samsung Plasma and attached it to the mount....YUP! Good to go!!! Honestly, if this isnt a steal, then I don't know what you would call it. Bestbuy has the same Fk'in mounts for 115.00!!!!!LOL I'll be d*mn if I pay that much just for a mount when they have some that works the same. PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME, IF your looking for a good mount, thats sturdy as hell and cost dirt cheap and just need a tilting mount, GO WITH THIS! PLEASE Don't listen to those other negative reviews. This mount is barley capable of supporting a 50" plasma. I am using it now for 4 months, but I worried about it the 1st week. So far it is still holding. To change tilt you have to remove the TV from the wall! <br /> <br />Even though they provide a torpedo level, it is off significantly.
